Cookstown High School ‘Taster Day’ 2
Our Primary 6 pupils had a fantastic experience during their visit today to Cookstown High School for the second of their ‘Taster Days’ . The day provided a wonderful opportunity for the children to get a feel for life at the high school and explore a variety of subjects and activities.
In the classroom, pupils took part in engaging sessions in Art, ICT , and Drama. These gave them a taste of the exciting learning opportunities that lie ahead.
Outdoors, the pupils enjoyed a range of sports including football , rugby , netball, cricket and hockey , all played on the school’s excellent hockey pitch
