Shared Education Day 8
Our P6 and P7 pupils enjoyed another exciting day on Monday as part of their Shared Education Programme, taking part in a wide range of learning experiences across several different locations.
Group 2 travelled to Derrychrin Primary School, where they used coding skills to programme ‘Spheros’. This hands-on activity encouraged problem-solving, creativity and collaboration through digital technology.
Group 3 travelled to Littlebridge Farm, where they were given an informative tour by Caleb Howard. Pupils explored the daily workings of the farm and gained insight into local agriculture.
Group 1 spent their morning at the Ballinderry Community Hub, taking part in a basketball session. The pupils worked on developing their teamwork, coordination and physical skills while enjoying friendly competition.
This was the final week of this 'three week rotation' and next week all the groups will be at Coagh Primary School for a health and wellbeing morning with three different facilitators rotating around the groups.
A great day of learning, teamwork and shared experiences for everyone involved.
