Shared Education
P6 and P7 pupils from Coagh Primary School have started their Shared Education project with Ballylifford Primary School and Derrychrin Primary School.
The first session took place at Meadowbank Indoor Sports Arena and focused on an ‘ice-breaker’ day. This gave pupils a valuable opportunity to meet and get to know one another while beginning to build friendships across the three schools in a fun and relaxed environment.
Over the next ten weeks, pupils will work together mainly on their World Around Us topic, with a particular focus on farming. The programme will also include basketball sessions and a health and wellbeing morning, providing a varied and engaging learning experience.
We look forward to seeing friendships develop and pupils learning together over the next ten weeks.
