P7 Guard of Honour – A Memorable Farewell

25th Jun 2026
P7 Guard of Honour – A Memorable Farewell   Today marked a truly special and emotional occasion at Coagh Primary School as our Primary 7 pupils were given a heartfelt Guard of Honour by the entire school community.   Lined up with pride, pupils from all year groups created a celebratory pathway as our P7s made their final journey out of the school. It was a beautiful moment, reflecting the respect, admiration, and strong sense of community shared across the school.   We extend our sincere thanks to Margaret Hill, who added a traditional and memorable touch by piping the P7 pupils out of school. It was a wonderful highlight of the day to also see Eden Grace, Emily, and Olivia perform alongside Margaret. Having been tutored by her over the past two years in school, their contribution was a fantastic showcase of their dedication and musical progress.   It was also lovely to see so many parents and family members join us to support and celebrate this significant milestone. Their presence helped make the occasion even more meaningful for our pupils.   We are incredibly proud of our P7 pupils and all that they have achieved during their time at Coagh Primary School. This Guard of Honour was a fitting and memorable finale, marking the end of one chapter and the beginning of another.   We wish our P7 leavers every success and happiness in the future—they will always remain a valued part of the Coagh Primary School family.
