Yesterday our P5/6 class enjoyed a very meaningful walking tour of Coagh as part of their World Around Us topic on World War One.
The pupils stopped at the War Memorial before making their way to Tamlaght Church, taking time to study the memorials and reflect on the names and families from our local area who served. Many recognised familiar surnames, helping them make real connections between their learning and their own community.
We are incredibly proud to be part of such a strong and supportive local community, and it is a privilege for our pupils to explore, learn, and appreciate the history that surrounds the place they call home.
