This week, our wonderful Primary 1 pupils took their learning outdoors in celebration of Maths Week!
With great excitement, the children explored the school grounds to collect a variety of natural and everyday objects. The children then examined the collection of objects and worked together to sort their items into sets. They were able to confidently explain why they had grouped certain items together, which demonstrates great early mathematical skills in sorting, classifying, and comparing.
