Our P1 to P3 pupils had a wonderful and fun-filled day exploring the great outdoors on their trip to Littlebridge Farm and Drum Manor Forest Park.
The day began with an exciting visit to Littlebridge Farm, where the children enjoyed a tractor and trailer journey through the fields. There were smiles all around as we travelled through the countryside, taking in the fresh air and beautiful views. One of the highlights was getting to watch the cows being milked by robots—a fascinating and educational experience that the children found both interesting and enjoyable.
The excitement continued with a bus trip to Drum Manor Forest Park. The children had a fantastic time in the fun park, played lively games, and went on a forest walk to collect natural materials. These were later used to create imaginative forest-themed art pictures, showing off their creativity and love for nature.
By the end of the day, the children were a little less clean and a lot more tired, but their happy faces said it all! It was a day full of laughter, learning, and adventure, and the children thoroughly enjoyed every moment.
