There was great excitement in the playground this afternoon during Golden Time as our pupils had the opportunity to harvest apples from the school garden.
Once the apples were picked, they were carefully washed and Mrs Moore kindly diced them up so that everyone could enjoy a taste. It was fantastic to see such a long queue of eager pupils waiting to try the fresh apples straight from our own trees.
A big thank you to all involved – what a lovely way to celebrate the autumn season and enjoy the fruits of our garden together!
