Friendship Week 2025
At Coagh Primary School, we’re proud to be celebrating Friendship Week 2025 from Monday 10th – Friday 14th November. While many schools mark Anti-Bullying Week, we’ve chosen to rename it Friendship Week to highlight the importance of kindness, respect, and positive relationships — though we still use the fantastic Anti-Bullying Alliance resources throughout the week.
This year’s theme is “Power for Good”, encouraging children and young people to use their voices and actions to make a positive difference — to speak out, support others, and help build a world where kindness wins.
To mark the start of the week, we’ll be holding an Odd Socks Day on Monday 10th November.
Pupils should wear their normal full school uniform along with a fun pair of odd socks to celebrate what makes each of us unique.
Let’s use our Power for Good to spread friendship, understanding, and kindness across our school community.
