Primary 4, 5 and 6 enjoyed a lively visit from the Dairy Council this morning. They explored the different food groups, discovered how dairy helps build strong bones, and learned fun, memorable actions to bring each idea to life. Their enthusiasm shone as they performed a high-energy food and fitness rap, helping them understand the importance of a balanced lifestyle in the most exciting way.
The session ended with a tightly contested rap battle, where the children showcased everything they had learned with confidence, creativity and plenty of smiles.
