Dairy Council Visit – Food and Fitness for P5 and P6
This morning, pupils in P5 and P6 had the pleasure of welcoming Sara and Chloe from the Dairy Council to Coagh Primary School for an engaging and informative session.
The focus of the session was on understanding the different food groups and the importance of maintaining a healthy balance between food and fitness. Pupils learned how a balanced diet supports overall health and discovered how much daily exercise is recommended for young people.
