Normally by this time of the year our P7 and P1 Buddy System is fully operational and the boys and girls have been interacting in the playground and classroom environment.
This year has been very different and with each class having separate play zones it has been difficult to form the usual relationships between various year groups.
Today the P7 pupils interviewed their P1 Buddies in the playgroup while maintaining their ‘social distance’. It was fantastic to see them interacting albeit in a slightly unusual way.
The P7 pupils will now create a piece of writing about their buddy and we hope to share this with their P1 Buddy via Seesaw later in the week.
