Coagh Primary School entered two teams into the Tag Rugby Blitz Tournament held at Meadowbank Sports Arena in Magherafelt. The Tournament was organised by David McClelland on behalf of Rainey Old Boys and Ulster Rugby. Coagh ‘Dark Blues’ played matches against Woods, Moneymore, Castledawson and Spires. They won two matches and lost two. A great effort. Coagh ‘Light Blues’ played against Bellaghy, Castledawson, Moneymore and Woods. The ‘Light Blues’ won three matches and drew a highly entertaining game against Woods. A great effort by both teams. A big thank you to David McClelland who came into school for the half term after Christmas to coach the pupils in P5-P7.
